Excellent! Highly recommended. We had booked other movers weeks in advance. The movers we originally booked did not show up at the scheduled time and would not give us a time. We called Pronto at 1:00 in the afternoon and they had movers to our house by 4:30 the same day. The movers - who had worked all day already, moved our entire house until the job was done. The movers themselves were personable and a pleasure to work with. Pronto did not charge a premium for same day booking and moving. The rates are stated clearly on their website and there are not surprises. I highly recommend Pronto movers and will use them again next time.

Amazing Service the movers we had went from an elevator service to 15 stairs, never loosing steam! Would highly recommend! Client satisfaction to be had! Took king size bed apart electric recliner, and other pieces of furniture, reassembled everything in our new apartment The owner should be proud of the team who moved us. Within a year we had to move multiple times, this was by far the best moving company we chose, amazing competitive moving company. Most professional, courteous hard working team.

The service was amazing. The movers were extremely kind, careful, hardworking and professional. They didn't stop at all which saved me from paying an extra hour at least from what I anticipated. I've moved 6 times in the last 5 years alone and am only writing a review because for me, this was the absolute best company I've dealt with and they deserve the credit. Moe and Ritchie were great ! Super efficient and careful not to break my stuff ! Not one thing broken and really made sure they were putting my boxes, furniture etc in the right rooms for me as I was a single girl moving on my own.
I would highly recommend pronto movers ! Great guys and exceptional service !

Friendly, super easy to work with, helpful suggestions, efficient, and very reasonably priced. They moved my 4 bedroom apartment and large storage unit into a large townhome in under 5 hours, and not a bump on any of the walls or furniture. Not a single thing more I could have asked for.

I was very impressed with Pronto Movers and would highly recommend using them. They arrived on time, worked incredibly hard and efficiently and moved everything I needed them to faster than I expected (at record cold temperatures)! I could tell they were professional and experienced, by how quickly they developed a plan on what to load first and the best order in which to proceed. I appreciated how they clearly let me know right away what furniture I had to better disassemble to streamline loading. I found them to be incredibly careful, in fact, after the move I only noticed two small marks on the walls from moving the furniture. I would have made many more marks if I would have moved on my own! They turned what I expected to be an incredibly stressful day into a very manageable move!

These guys were incredible! Came last minute, literally 2 hours before my move I called them because my movers canceled on me same day! These guys showed up after already doing two other moves that day, and literally saved our lives! They were professional and super nice to deal with! Would recommend to anyone. Don’t go on Kijiji and find a bunch of hacks that won’t show up. Go to pronto movers right away and save yourself time and headaches. Plus, they are very competitively priced. Thanks Pronto!

My friend recommended these movers for me and it was worth it! My movers were Ahmed, Jessie and Richie, very quick and professional. They wrapped everything in their paddings and delivered in shorter time than I was quoted.

Professionals with a human touch!! I had to move for the first time after 21 years and I was nervous and stressed. Mike said, "Don't worry, we'll take good care of you." They did! They were on time, polite, caring and fast - 90 minutes from start to finish! Now that I have to move again, I booked them with no hesitation. Not stressing about moving this time!!
